Join the Chappies today on a bushwalk to the bottom of Porcupine Gorge in Outback Queensland. Going down the steep trail reminds us that there are times in life where we go down life’s journey through “valley” experiences. We learn to understand that, as we commit our way to God daily, the path we are on is not a mistake, but truly an experience where we learn to reach out to, and rely on, our Heavenly Father. We enjoy the “mountaintop experiences” when everything is fun and rosy, and tolerate the humdrum routines of life , but we wish we could avoid those “valley” experiences., but these are the times that we grow in our relationship with God and we discover he is growing us and refining our character through these very experiences we hope to avoid. He does promise to be with us always, no matter what!
